The Community 
Heritage Placer Vineyards Community is a growing, active lifestyle community for those aged 55+. When completed there will be 1117 homes, fitness, social and recreation facilities along with multiple parks and open green space.  Even while the community is under development, there are a number of activities and amenities for all residents to enjoy.   
 
Those currently residing within our community have access to a growing list of activities and events to choose from in the pursuit of an active lifestyle: 
  • A completed recreation facility including an enclosed pool & spa, exercise room, physical equipment room and meeting rooms.  A variety of optional classes are available each week including yoga, Pilates, Spin Classes and others.
  • Pickleball and Tennis Courts, including formal and informal leagues and games.
  • Bocce Ball Courts, also with formal and informal leagues and games.
  • Outdoor gathering and seating spaces.
  • Clubs and Committees covering a variety of interest including Book clubs, Card Games, Crafts and many other interests. 
There are weekly and monthly events such as clubs, catered activities, wellness speakers, and more, readily available and enjoyed greatly by those living in the community. Whatever you choose to participate in, you will surely find many opportunities to meet and connect with neighbors.
